Do You Need a Zoom Room?

We know the value of our favourite video conferencing tool (we like Zoom) and have become quite adept at putting it to good use. During the worst of the pandemic restrictions, we used the medium of video conferencing to good effect, enabling our clients to seamlessly create content for their vital marketing and messaging communications channels throughout the worst of the lockdowns.

Whilst everything has just about returned to the new “normal” since the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic, it cannot be denied that working practices have changed forever. More people than ever are working from home, either permanently or have mixed WFH/office-based hybrid working patterns. As a result, we are all using video conferencing as a communication method like never before, and that is a good thing!

Using your preferred video conferencing tool means that businesses like yours can hold quick and often impromptu meetings with staff and clients anywhere in the world. Not only can you see the person you are talking to, ensuring there is no element of your message or its meaning lost, but video conferencing also allows you to “meet” with more people in less time, using less of your precious resources along the way and improving your organisation’s productivity

Whilst we can all join a video call using our laptops, with their low-res lenses and blurred virtual “tropical” backgrounds, or even on our phones if we really need to, what if you could do it professionally?

In our studio in Leith, we can provide you with a video conferencing suite that allows you to host or take part in online meetings from a dedicated convivial space equipped with:

  • Ultrafast internet connection

  • Apple hardware and LG screens that deliver an immersive HD user experience

This amazing new facility is part of our recently expanded service offer that also includes a new video podcasting/vlog studio, and our green screen studio, both of which you can read more about in this series of articles over the coming weeks.

We can help you do more with your video conferencing and so much more. So if you want to try our Zoom Room out, run a trial session or just to find out more, get in touch to find out how.
